Orders placed before 1pm Australian EST will be shipped the same day for overnight delivery (Weekdays only, orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be posted the next business day). Locations outside capital cities and major regional centre’s may take an extra day. Very remote locations will take longer.
An additional freight charge will apply when customers request insurance or registration, which will be determined and notified to the customer prior to final payment in conjunction with Australia Post fees. Additional freight charges may be incurred for heavy / bulky items as well as deliveries to rural and remote locations within Australia which will be determined and notified to the customer prior to final payment in conjunction with Australia Post fees. Put the kettle on does not ship overseas at this point.
Free Shipping (within Australia)

If an item is damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will replace or refund any faulty products and pay for the return freight, on receipt and evaluation of the goods by Put the kettle on and the manufacturer. Please include written documentation as to what is wrong with your item.
If you want to exchange a product for any reason other than the item being damaged or faulty, you must pay for the freight and handling charges and we must receive the goods back in the original state, with proper tags still attached to the item, unworn and undamaged within 7 days. Please include a copy of your order when returning goods. If an exchange of the same item cannot be made by us then we reserve the right to issue a credit note for the value of the item which is valid for 3 months, Put the kettle on reserves the right not to exchanges on sale items.

In the case of offline payment, we will contact you to arrange payment. This process must be completed before your order can ship.
In cases where your payment for an order fails for reasons including but not limited to insufficient card credit, or cheque dishonour, we do not warrant that stock will be held until an alternate payment method is available or the original payment method made to function.
